I looked and see $127,500 in conversions at 60% discount. 750M issued and outstanding, with 2B authorized.
Is this accurate?
Also, they reported unaudited report, and needed to issue conversion shares for %
$5K ?

What is it they sell? Their assets are in the form of goodwill. I suspect that means their remaining stock that hasn't been issued to Conversion companies?
