Either FHFA should be shutdown or brought under the control of HUD.

FHFA is miserable failure as a rubber stamp independent agency (considerable de jure powers but little de facto powers).

Gov agencies/bureaucrats should never be allowed to act Conservators. Also all conservators should work under the supervision of special bankruptcy courts.
