They were leaving 3 years ago. Right after the asset swap. Not planning to file. But planning to merge. Because they changed the address to that of the sister in Lanzhou. I didn't need the Zhang Dan "news" because I already knew what they were doing.

But, it's probably too complicated. Legal hurdles. They have to dissolve all US companies etc. before they can merge. That's why a buyout is the more likely option, now that they have the cash.

Evicted, and none of the directors resigned. So they must have a plan.
