Yes ... there are many individual accusations for a variety of issues.. and some are serious issues... We get it. But you know as well as I that there are so many variables that can be thrown in to the mix that it’s hard to say where this goes. I would just think that if they could, the SEC would have this done and over with and not continue to utilize their resources on a penny. But, it appears to me they are trying to drag this out as their case is not as strong as they anticipated. But they have to save face somehow. When you only have 5 employees, any reasonable person could deduce that they had no snake farm, no laboratory or no manufacturing facilities.. these functions would be all contracted out. As far as manipulating price and the broker issues, that will come down to awareness and intent.. just my opinion... we wait and see.... and then wait some more if the SEC has their way..
