Funds won't be taken til after 20 billion in cash held on books. But the Treasury is trying to increase the money owed by the amount the sweep would have taken. We need better court cases to use em banc as a reference and side with excess funds paid over bailout and interest would be returned. How likely that is I dunno. The treasury is currently trying to create new ways to get around en Bank decision.
