problem with letting them go pro right out of HS is that many kids aren't fully grown at 18 and there would be more injuries than anyone knew what to do with.

I think I would set it up so that each kid would be allowed to make and take x amount each quarter. Anything over that would go into an account set up for him that only he/she can access. Same amount for every kid, because the playing field needs to be level. The NCAA needs to set up a division dedicated just to this and make it equal across the board. It's going to be chaotic- and for once they need to get out ahead of it and put the welfare of the kids first.
