Silvr, the right to convert notes without restriction started June 1, 2019 I think that was what contributed to SP reaching almost $87 and then the the fall to Mid $60s. Since the PPS has not gone north of the Hedges strike price of $96.21 we are still not looking at dilution.

On the other hand I hove no problem with dilutions seeing that PPS will be approaching $100.

I agree that we are probably not looking a big change to the companies interest expense.
