well, the practical answer is, you don't. in order to get off the greys the company would have to find a market maker willing to sponsor the company and submit a form 15c2-11 to finra. no market maker will do that for a company that is facing revocation, and finra will not approve such a submission for the same reason. this will trade on the grey market until the sec revokes the registration. that could be tomorrow, or it could be months from now.
