I honestly think the seeking alpha was the report that was missed, seeking alpha is very reputable and them making a call that WCVC was severely undervalued based on their revenues and comps, calling a pps of .20 price a share.

Ok I get WCVC utilized some of there OS to raise more money for likely what is another pizza or burger expansion, I prefer that than 20% and convertable option loans. WCVC is on it's way baby.
