The way it’s being does makes sense, the Form 10 shouldn’t be filed by Tony Nick.

His job is to get caught up on filings, so voluntarily is fine. Shouldn’t the new company file the Form 10 with new business operations once the merger is complete?

If Nick were to file a Form 10 now with no business plan, there would have to be a super 8k filed after the merger. It would be extra work/filings no?
