Daniel Pettit brings decades of real estate, financial astuteness and business bravery to Terrastone Properties. Daniel, a Drake graduate, is the CEO of Encompass Holdings, Infratylinks, and Capital City Financial. Encompass Holdings, is a diversified investment company with a focus on agriculture, real estate, medical, technology, and other high growth industries. Encompass makes investments in established and select start-up businesses using a value-driven, experienced, innovative, and responsible approach.

Daniel has served on numerous non-profit and corporate boards, and enjoys being active in the community. He and his wife, Rachael are the original founders and participants of Trailhead International Builders. He is adventurous and bold in his business endeavors and is eager to engage with businesses and the community to help build their dreams. He is looking to replicate his success across his many companies and bring it to the Commercial Real Estate space in Des Moines, Iowa. He is philanthropic and seeks to serve others first. The nature in which he gives will serve our community well. He leads by giving, is respected by caring and grows business’s by encouraging collaboration, innovation and a results driven mentality.

He is married and a father of two young girls, and two older twin boys. When he is not building businesses, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and golfing.
