It's an AS Increase not an OS increase. Big difference. It's just a restructuring of the voting structure looks like should it go through.

Risk versus reward here guys and I still believe the reward still out weighs the risk in the long run. Road won't be pretty in the short term but as long as they continue to obtain new contracts and show revenue growth, this play still remains pretty viable to me as it's one of the few companies on the OTC with an actual product.

Upcoming 10Q next month should hopefully be an improvement over the last.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not exactly in the greatest of spirits either as I'm pretty deep in the red but as with all new emerging companies, it takes time to grow and profit. Just gotta give them that opportunity to do so.

It is though my hope that their IR Dept does release an update shortly. I think it would help settle some nerves. Sometimes a little bit of direction and positivity can help alleviate and restore shareholder confidence that may have been lost or reduced.
