Charts don't work when an R/S is pending, dilution is ongoing, and the O/S represents a tiny sliver of the actual equity for this company.

Charts work when a news cycle is predictable, few surprises arrive about the capital structure, dilution is within a tolerable limit, and there is no reverse split on the horizon.

3s and 2s by the end of the week. Unless the R/S is finalized. Then we're on to 1s and NB.
