Given that PBEC is a shell, the content of the 10-Q is likely to be trivial. Something like "we did nothing,m had no revenue, and have slightly less cash on hand than last quarter" will probably sum it up.

THe actual act of filing will be more important than any content.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
