They didn't predict anything. IBX hired Pitt Street to write what appears to be independent research. Everything in their "research" is what IBX told them to say. It's a deception IBX is using to boost their stock price ahead of their upcoming 80 million share dilution.

Pitt Street is not a research firm. They are a PR firm and they get paid by their clients to spread propaganda.
