did you step out of your comfort zone with the email....or did it flow like water right on to the keyboard because you 'are pissed' beyond the point of being NICE? I feel that 'nice/cordial/friendly/agreeable and fair' is your personality so that's why I asked.

I have learned that when encountering a person with that type of personality that goes on a mission that triggers a bit of the dark side....you had better get out of their way for a while.
