Interesting. Read the PR about Petar resigning:

Mr. Vucicevich also assures us that he will remain available in the future for all questions, should it arise. I apologize, I will not be taking any phone calls at this present time, we will be communicating with our shareholders strictly through our website, and through our press releases. We all feel that this is an unfortunate turn of events, and hope that this will restore confidence in our shareholders of SLJB."

So Petar will be around it seems to answer questions...not leaving.
They also recognize there was an unfortunate turn of events, though they said in the previous paragraph how it was based on bad press. They hope that the change in CEO will restore confidence.

No mention of AFs or any other major issues.

Seems like they are doing whatever they can to improve the situation. How negative or not things are below the surface remain to be seen.

My gut says a PR tomorrow.
