HHSE is clearly ending its penny scam run...

Thoughts/prognostications/theories on how this junk finally spirals down the toilet for good?

I'll throw out a few solid guesses and a wild one or two to kick it off:

1) Filing by one/more/all current debtors, lien holders, et all against HHSE/Parkinson for fraudulent conveyance - which as those in the know applies not only to personal bankruptcy proceedings but also unjust enrichment. Followed by involuntary bankruptcy filing, subsequent order against HHSE and the appointment of a receiver.

2) Reverse split and last gasp at stardom before the hammer finally drops.

3) Hire Ted Campbell - the penny scammer king - to find some scummy fellow scammers less intelligent than Crimson Forest and interested in a reverse merger.

4) The promised SEC presentation of conduct misgivings leads to enforcement action against HHSE.

5) Parkinson rolls the '99 grip truck into his new EnterLinkMedia vapor shell and he and Freddy ride off into the sunset with a week's worth of spicy pad thai and the mutt curled up in the middle of the truck cab?
