Why would anyone throw that kind of money at a non-reporting company that has never produced an ounce of gold (silver, platinum, etc.).

The only reason would be if it was in the form of a toxic convertible note - which would ultimately devastate investors when it converts.

Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
