It includes a historic $165 million for the treatment court field, a 50 percent increase over last year.

Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA):

$75 million for the Drug Court Discretionary Grant Program
$20 million for the Veterans Treatment Court Program
Department of Health and Human Services, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA):

$70 million for Drug Treatment Courts
