How's AHIX going to PAY for another acquisition? They added $9M new debt and $3.5M "Additional Paid In Capital" (with no indication what shares were involved or where that capital WENT). They raised a lackluster 7% of the $4M private placement offering - $267,500 - before ending it on July 31. Their accounts receivable are $622K and their accounts payable twice that. All of this is in the latest filing.

How are they going to buy ice cream sundaes much less another company?
