What's next for this company?

I was looking at this stock around July 1st when price was hovering around $.40 cents a share, thankfully did not execute an entry as it now sits around $.16 cents a share today.

I thought I'd buy soon since it's nearing lows, but looking at fundamentals the company seems to be a mess. Recent 8k report states they've entered forbearance on a $1mm+ convertible note with creditor Oasis?

Any R&D actually being done with this company? Any insight?

Goldman Sachs was pushing it as a favored penny stock this past summer with Facebook Ads, that's how I stumbled across it.

Seems a mess and maybe one to steer clear of?
