The proof is that there are no further filings and 8t is deliquent and has been for over 78+ days now. Provide proof they intend to file. Proof exists that they no longer file and filing is NOT VOLUNTARY, they are legally required to provide timely filings.

Even you example maintained current reporting the entire time. This scam did not and stopped all together, that is a FACT that cannot be disputed.
