Once these issues are settled, the takeover window should be fully open.
Why would BP want to wait any longer than that? It will take 6-9 months
to close any deal. The sooner BP closes on any deal, the longer the
time they will have to derive benefit. Personally, I think JT has a
certain price in mind. He (and AMRN) can certainly afford to wait...the
question is, can BP afford to wait? I think not.
