Provide a single case of an OTC security 12j revoked, there aren't any. You cannot provide one, that is why you cant answer the question.

Provide a single case where it took 5 months for a Form 211 in the OTC, there are none.

It's not up to the SEC, however the SEC could certainly suspended this scam yet again for the delinquency. Although not a lot of good as there isn't a Form 211 that would be effected by it.

FINRA approves the Form 211 and it did not happen nor will it ever happen, that is FACT not an opinion.
