Lol. Yes there have been a few that have been approved... again research will prove that “no 12j” statement is Incorrect.

And that time sure it was stated it could be more then 3 days but many many times it has been stated they didn’t get approval in 3 days which from my quoted text can and more then likely will take longer but also has NO set amount of time it will take. So again to say it’s been 5 months and they haven’t and won’t be approved Is once again just an opinion.

Until we see facts from the sec that they have pulled out completely like other companies trying to get approval, it is indeed not fact at all and only opinion.
