Can you imagine if the FDA says no to most of our requests, how completely foolish they would look. The docs and the media would be all over them, they don't want BAD news attention, nobody would want that. The FDA might seem archaic and slow and sometimes stupid, heck they are part of our gov't but only a completely fatalistic stockholder would assume anything negative out of the meeting.

I expect Vascepa to be approved and successful. That said, this is a group of evaluators who did not sign up for a celebration, but to dig and scratch at every seam and prove their brilliance by staking out a contrary position from which to argue and maybe not backing down when the voting happens. There will be something and maybe even a negative vote or two. Like "But see, this is not a cure to mortality, but a postponement at the cost of a lifetime dependence. And can't we do better for cheaper?"

V gets blessed anyway, if not unanimously, less one or two votes, and all is sweetness and light.
