All that needs to be done is someone petition the court for custodianship in which the company is registered for. In this case company is registered in Nevada, petition the court in which the previous ownership has abandoned the company, courts will do their part in regards to contacting previous ownership, if there is no contact back then their is a new custodian who now has to make sure everything is current and back filings are in and reverse merge into a willing buyer.
