If you look back. The company that was going to take over agreed to hold off on their application for custodianship as long as current ownership goes current, active on nvsos and updates shareholders.

Looking more and more like current owners will be following through on that agreement. Worst case new custodian takes over, either way we will be deep into pennyland.
