Agree with your numbers. I’ve done cost analysis many different ways, some more technical than others and always come to around 20-40 billion NR depending on market penetration. World wide numbers are even more staggering as Europe has a huge percentage of their population at 65 and over (I believe it’s 20%). 55 and over I believe it’s 30% and around 165 million million people.

Keep in mind besides the various ways you mentioned BP can get more value, they can simply double the price and still be cost effective at around $50K/QALY.

Being at $18K gives a lot of wiggle room on price and BP already knows this.
