That is the point. This equity is viewed as land. The trouble with that.....everyone forgot about the Japan issue a rough 30 years ago. It will come..and it will be ugly. I like Taleb's view...the egg will crack...maybe tomorrow...or twenty years...but it will crack. I have said for years that the egg is cracked...and all we have left is the strength of the membrane. So it goes.
