I am patiently waiting for my cease and desist letter from Amarin...in the mean time...Amarin can legally be held liable for wrongful deaths related to substandard standard of care. 1) Amarin has physicians that know the FDA is placing diabetic patients at harm 2) Amarin has a mechanism to appeal PDUFA delay in high risk diabetics 3) Amarin would be negligent to not appeal decision and notice FDA of mistake 4) FDA could care less about Amarin's legal troubles 5) FDA attorneys can testify in wrongful death suits see 1,2,3.
