AYTU (based on the latest Q) looks a lot better off than INNV. They've significantly reduced their quarterly loss/share (not sure how much may have been due to any dilution). They have a fair amount of case and some new products to market. However, I doubt if after the merger they will show any profits for at least a year or so (it just depends on their new products and if they can get them into major distribution channels. Hopefully Dr. Da won't be part of any significant management position (same goes for Randy with his nice golden parachute).
