ARYC...Those mountain of shares deals usually come with a restriction that they not be sold until they reach a certain price or a certain date. If the don't reach 'the' price..they can't be sold until the 'date'. They can then be sold at any price and from my experience, if they are around that long, they are usually '.0000' something or '.0000' nothing. Trust me...I have seen it all since being a 'subber' since 1962 and 'subber' and 'penny' trader in he 70's...then a 'subber','penny', 'silver' and 'dollar' trader in the 80's to date. During that great silver run I had POUNDS of silver as I watched Vegas and the banks stop giving out silver. I went to the pawn shops that still had Silver 'circ' Dollars( well worn) along with collectable qualities. I bought all they had from $3-5$ which I got $30.+ for soon after. I also did well in the Silver Futures game.....until the 'limit down' days when I couldn't get out for days...even at the lows. It was when the Hunt Brothers we finished with their silver pump play. It was fun while it lasted. You could get $30-$40. for one of Grannie's pieces of 'sterling' flat ware......Wow...She needed a metal detector at the door..for on the way out of her house.lol
