The best action you can take at this point is reporting to authorities how you feel your were mislead.

Surprising many feel it was their own dumb mistake for buying in the first place. But that is wrong. There are plenty of tweets and postings and press releases to support you were mislead.
If you want to see this guy prevented from screwing over others you need to speak up.
If you say nothing, nothing stops him from doing it again.

At least give yourself the satisfaction of filling out a complaint form. the SEC whistle blower forms are tedious but after you fill it out you will know you did your part in attempt to get justice.
