There is zero evidence that there is no product despite your repeated claims to the contrary. On the other hand we have pictures of their electric motorcycle. We have claims that at least one poster on this board has seen it at a trade show. Sure, they're probably prototypes and demo models since we haven't seen much evidence of sales on their financial reports. However, their last financials only reflect activity thru June 30. They have $20 million to $50 million in orders but it takes time to build and open the manufacturing facility then build the bikes. Perhaps we'll see it on the next financials (thru 9/30) or maybe not, depending on their build schedule.

The fact is, it's too early to say whether this company is real or not. We can't say definitively either way. I'm not put off by seeing too many PR's. If you were the CEO of a startup company, wouldn't you do everything possible to drive up your share price? If you want to get funding, whether from banks or investors, this would be exactly what you'd do. Why do people assume that this is only done by scams? Perhaps it's because so many startups fail, good intentions or not. In any event, as I said, there is plenty of reason to be a little skeptical and cautious, if only for the reason that we're dealing with a startup company that has yet to prove that they can execute on their plan. This will take time, if they're successful or not. In the meantime, don't be surprised to see some speculative pps spikes. Whether it's instigated by company management or outside interests, it's par for the course.
