Maybe Kevin and Steve didn't have time, resources, etc. to put into EEGI.

One thing which is a fact however was, EEGI was made current until not too long ago.

That took time, effort and most important, money! No one is going to waste time getting EEGI filed if there wasn't even a small hint of some kind of business plan.

What will happen with EEGI in the future? No clue.
