I agree the stock offers a very good yield. And the buyback looks good, I think in the next 12 months as the fundies improve, we will see decent rise in the stock price combined with a nice monthly dividend that is the thing I love about canada reits they pay the divies monthly most of the times, I love that. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
