So we have moved the goal post again

That's because these are arbitrary goalposts set by people who have no idea what they are talking about. They keep saying topline is coming, any day now, imminently, but it never does. There is a reason there is no topline, and that's because the company is refusing to release it. When biotechs have a failed trial, most of them do the ethical thing and announce it. For some reason NWBO doesn't think that standard applies to them.
