The one that stands out to me is a review from Dec 23, 2016 where Arthur responded back on July 5, 2019 with: "Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. We agree 100% that we need more engineers. We currently have approx total of 20 engineers between our offices in Namibia, Poland, Australia, and LA. We will be seeking another 10 engineers between now and the end of the year." What happened to this plan? That is the kind of comment I would think a CEO would make when his new products are 3 months behind in development and he can't close international deals without more "corporate support" (i.e. to me that means more engineers involved in convincing foreign customers that initial cost is less important than long term costs). What happened to hiring them? On the other hand, 10 additional engineers is $250K+ in expenses or more per quarter.
