I been away from OTC for a long time took a break couple years. I see new market makers on many tickers I never saw before, and they appear to be diluting many of these stocks like... Vert? Used to? Don't remember Vfin maybe?

Anyways, those market makers aren't on this ticker so if someone wants to buy a stock 50% down... which many are calling for, find a stock with some dilutive market makers on it. Level 2 is clean here it's a refreshing sight to see. There aren't enough shares in OS or dilution to crash this from what I see.
