J. Arcaro is one of the biggest R/M maker complete otc market. And he take over the 15/12G DEEL shell stock 3 weeks ago and drop a Reinstate filing. Looks like he fill DEEL per Reverse Merger with new business. DEEL based on the ultra low float and low trade history with $1 potential if R/M drop. SOLI type mover imho. Think next weeks we trade some 1000% higher.
