Exactly my point. Even if some portion of this works out and it can get back to pink sometime in the future, what they have lost is irreplaceable IMO. Why they would risk losing the goodwill of the trading community in addition to the negative publicity, uncertain legal standing, etc. is beyond me. I am at a loss for words here. I loved this ticker just a few short days ago.
