September of 2017 was the last time CBIS filed its financial statements. So, it’s nearly 2 years now since CBIS has provided any financial transparency.

Because we are 7 weeks away from marking CBIS’s 2 year anniversary of financial noncompliance, I am placing CBIS on SEC suspension watch.
