Do you suppose if he did that would Art give him the other %90 of the preferred C shares because as of the last filing he only had %10 of the 5 million he is supposed to buy? Hmmm. Funny when you look at the list and percentage of ownership of the different class of shares, there are a couple large holders there that throw big red flags for me. But most traders don't care about those kind of things until it all goes south.
