FYI, I see something in my brokerage that i suspect that is ALPP C shares, showing as “020CNT010”

I will see if I can switch them with A shares 1:1 as stated in the 8-k and dump 1/6th of it for the first year portion soon enough.

Planning on selling what I can before the A/S increase + lower pps.

I am expecting an A/S increase rather than conventional loan approval.
As a matter of fact, I WOULD NOT expect anything about getting the conventional loan, because
1. Company never communicated formally with shareholders that they are working to get one at the moment. - rumers
2. Even if the company is seeking one, they will not be able to obtain one for many reasons.

Only way to go is A/S increase to minimum 500 mil, for the company to continue on. That’s if SEC doesn’t shut it down already.
