Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that this is now just a shell company with no assets or plans for future revenue. That being said, it should have some sizable losses that could carry forward that may be of value to a profitable company wanting to go public or for even the parent company? https://www.hollomancorp.com/ Not sure how that all works?
