It wouldn't be the first time that the judge decided to surprise us. There have been times in the past where we have been left to fill in the blanks without knowing the details. Didn't Daubert start on June 29th? It's been nearly two months and hopefully we have some resolve soon as to when we move forward. It's anyones guess what's been resolved but I do recall in the past that it seemed like the judge's attitude was to keep moving forward. Thanks Dilly for the update and look forward to the next.
