Are you asking if it is possible to file this IND within two months or whether PMCB will choose to file within two months? Yes and No. Gotta keep those pay checks coming and IND will only be a draw down on the account. They gotta get more shares to sell on the cheap first while they have a captive audience as the pay checks come first.
