It's weird. They dog walked the bid/ask down with a huge ask wall (1M - 2M at any one time), but haven't actually sold much. I.e. the ask wall is discouraging buying, but if they really wanted to sell those shares, they could crash the bid.

Could be MMs trying to walk this down to a level that encourages a lot of trading. We were pretty much at a standstill in the $.0125 - $.015 range.

Very odd.
